Key Responsibilities

The Assistant Manager / Senior Assistant Manager will support the Division of Population Health and Integrated Care (PHIC) in a Volunteer Systems & Programme Operations role. The role leads the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of a data enabled volunteer management ecosystem supporting hospital and community based population health programmes operating at scale (approximately 15 programmes involving about 2,000 volunteers annually). The incumbent integrates systems development, data accuracy and analytics, and programme operations, and designs solutions with the volunteer journey in mind, ensuring volunteers are effectively recruited, deployed, supported, and sustained to enable safe, scalable, and high‑impact care delivery.

Your job responsibilities will include, but not be limited, to the following:

· Design, implement, and maintain a centralised volunteer management and tracking system that will support the volunteer deployment, engagement, re-engagement, attendance, retention, learning and development across programmes.

· Drive digital transformation within the department to increase productivity and automation and improve experience for staff, volunteers, and other stakeholders

· Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and completeness across volunteer and programme datasets, including appropriate data structures and workflows.

· Develop dashboards and reports on volunteer pipeline, deployment, retention, churn and attrition.

· Analyse trends to identify risks, gaps, and system-level improvement opportunities.

· Support the planning, implementation, and scaling of hospital and community based programmes through system, data and operational enablement

· Support system design, data structures, and reporting frameworks that enable multiple programmes and partners to operate effectively at scale

· Coordinate stakeholders on roles, timelines, and deliverables and system usage

· Ensure compliance with data governance, organisational policies, and relevant operational requirements of a healthcare institution

· Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor Degree in any discipline, preferably in Data/Analytics, Health Sciences, Social Sciences, Public Health, or related fields.

· Experience working with data, reporting, dashboards, or management information systems.

· Experience in driving digital transformation efforts.

· Experience in programme or project management, preferably within healthcare, community, or population health settings.

· Experience in volunteer management or community programmes.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and presentations.

· Candidates with more experience will be considered for a Senior position.
