MAT PILATES & YOGA INSTRUCTORS — PART-TIME / ADJUNCT

We are looking for confident, engaging and technically sound Mat Pilates and Yoga Instructors to join our growing fitness and wellness platform.

Candidates may specialise in Mat Pilates, Yoga, or both.

This role is suitable for instructors who enjoy teaching group classes, working with participants of different ability levels, and helping people improve movement quality, mobility, flexibility, core strength, posture, balance and body awareness.

About the Role

You will deliver safe, structured and enjoyable group classes while creating a welcoming, professional and supportive experience for participants.

We are looking for instructors who can do more than demonstrate movements — you should be able to coach, observe, cue, modify and engage.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging Mat Pilates and/or Yoga group classes.
• Plan and deliver well-structured sessions suitable for the class level and format.
• Provide clear demonstrations, coaching cues and exercise modifications.
• Observe participant movement, alignment and technique.
• Adapt exercises or poses for different fitness levels, experience and mobility.
• Maintain strong standards of safety, professionalism and participant care.
• Create a positive and inclusive class environment.
• Arrive punctually and prepare the training space before class.
• Build rapport with participants and encourage continued participation.
• Work collaboratively with our wider fitness team and programmes.

Requirements

• Recognised Mat Pilates Instructor certification, Yoga Teacher certification, or equivalent qualification relevant to the classes taught.
• Good understanding of movement, anatomy, alignment and safe exercise progression.
• Confident in leading group classes independently.
• Clear communication and strong coaching presence.
• Professional, reliable and punctual.
• Comfortable working with participants of different ages and fitness levels.
• First Aid / CPR certification is preferred.
• Newly certified instructors with strong practical ability are welcome to apply.

Employment Arrangement

Part-Time / Adjunct / Freelance opportunities available.

Classes may be scheduled across:

Mornings • Evenings • Weekends

Locations may include our gyms and Pilates facilities across Singapore.

Remuneration

Competitive per-class remuneration, based on:

• qualifications;
• experience;
• class format;
• teaching capability; and
• level of responsibility.

Instructors who can teach more than one format are particularly welcome.
