Job Summary

You will engage with customers by making outbound calls to potential clients and following up on leads. You will support sales operations by managing documentation and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective customers. You will propose telecommunication solutions and assist customers with application procedures while delivering a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate and follow up on sales leads
• Communicate clearly with customers to understand their needs and propose appropriate telecommunication solutions
• Manage sales documentation accurately and ensure timely follow-up with existing and new customers
• Assist customers in completing application procedures for telecommunication products and services
• Deliver excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and experience
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to team success
• Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills
