A Site Supervisor oversees daily construction activities on-site, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining quality control, and coordinating effectively between workers and management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily construction activities to ensure timely progress and adherence to project plans
• Enforce safety protocols on-site to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel
• Conduct quality control inspections to verify that work meets specified standards and requirements
• Coordinate communication and workflow between construction workers and management teams to optimize efficiency
