Sales Support Executive

Job Summary:

• Basic up to $2,900
• AWS + VB
• Monday to Friday, 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM
• Jurong East, West Region
• MNC

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations, sales orders, reports, and related documentation.
• Coordinate work orders with internal departments.
• Follow up on POs, contract renewals, and outstanding payments.
• Handle vendor registrations and customer portal setup.
• Maintain customer relationships and provide administrative support.
• Support marketing and business development activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business, Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of Sales Support, Sales Admin, or Customer Service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
