Admin Executive / Assistant (Insurance)

🟧 Role Summary

Vin's Automotive Group is looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Insurance Executive to support our motor insurance operations. The role involves preparing insurance quotations, purchasing policies, managing renewals and maintaining accurate customer insurance records.

🟧 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit motor insurance quotations for customers.
• Purchase and process insurance policies accurately and promptly.
• Liaise with customers and insurers on insurance-related matters.
• Follow up with customers on upcoming insurance renewals.
• Maintain and update customer and insurance policy records accurately.
• Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone, email, website and other designated channels.
• Assist customers with policy amendments, renewals and general insurance enquiries.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain proper documentation.
• Follow up on outstanding quotations, documents and insurance applications.
• Provide general administrative support to the Insurance team.
• Perform other insurance-related duties as assigned.

🟧 Requirements

• Minimum GCE O-Level, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in motor insurance, insurance administration or customer service is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to multitask and manage multiple customer cases.
• Meticulous, organised and careful when handling customer and policy information.

🟧 Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:45am – 5:45pm
• Alternate Saturdays: 8:45am – 12:45pm
• 5.25-day work week
