Job Summary

Join Bab & Bingsoo as a Full-Time Café Service Crew member, delivering excellent customer service, managing café operations, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment during evening and late-night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and set up daily café operations to ensure smooth service
• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently at the cashier station
• Deliver professional and friendly customer service to enhance customer satisfaction
• Take and assist with customer orders to ensure accuracy and timely service
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café to uphold hygiene standards
• Clear and reset tables promptly to prepare for new customers
• Perform closing duties including end-of-day cleaning to maintain café readiness
• Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, and service stations to ensure operational efficiency
• Support additional café operational tasks as needed to contribute to team success

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant café or F&B experience
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Comfortable and able to work late-night shifts until 1:00 AM regularly
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to the specified working schedule including weekends

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience in café operations, cashiering, and customer service

Location

• Jalan Besar, approximately 5 minutes’ walk from Farrer Park MRT

Working Schedule

• Tuesday: 9:00 PM – 1:00 AM
• Wednesday to Sunday: 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM (30-minute break)
• Monday: Off

Salary

• From S$2,500 per month, commensurate with experience and skills
