CAR MECHANIC

Responsibility

As a Car Mechanic, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure they are in safe and efficient working condition. You will also provide technical advice to customers and support the workshop’s daily operations.

Job Description

* Perform inspection, maintenance, and repair of vehicles, including engines, transmissions, and braking systems.

* Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic tools and equipment.

* Carry out servicing and replacement of worn or defective parts.

* Read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.

* Ensure all work is completed according to safety standards and company procedures.

* Explain vehicle issues and repair solutions clearly to customers.

* Maintain accurate service records and documentation.

* Work closely with team members to ensure smooth workshop operations.

- Assist with other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Working Location: Jurong area

Requirement

- At least 8 Year(s) of working experience and have experience in the related field is required for this position.

* Must possess at least a higher Education/ Diploma in any field.

* Strong leadership skills and management competencies.

* Strategic & critical thinking as well as decision-making and negotiation skills.

* Able to adapt, prioritize, exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi-task and work independently.

* Excellent organizational and coordination skills, including communication and interpersonal skills to deal with a diverse spectrum of people.

* Time management/ meticulous and mature in work.
