Locum Occupational Therapist (East, September start) - Singaporean/PR only

We are recruiting a Locum Occupational Therapist for a Nursing Home located in the East.

Availability:

• Part-time (2 days per week, negotiable)
• Start: September 2026
• Duration: 1 year, subject to extension

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments for new resident admissions
• Conduct 6-monthly Care Plan
• Conduct InterRai assessments as required (training will be provided if necessary)
• Prescribe and execute individual activities for residents
• Liaise closely with other healthcare professionals to encourage a holistic approach to care
• Provide support to Active Rehab when necessary, oversight by head of department.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy
• Full AHPC Registration
• Minimum 1 year relevant clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience in geriatric, rehabilitation, community care, or nursing home setting
• Passionate about Occupational Therapy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in local languages will be an advantage
• Self-motivated to engage in continuous learning and education in the field of Occupational Therapy
