Responsibilities

• Teach swimming lessons to children starting from 4 months old, adapting techniques to age and skill level
• Create and maintain a safe, fun, and engaging learning environment for all students
• Encourage students to build confidence and develop swimming skills progressively
• Manage punctual attendance and prepare lesson plans to meet individual learning needs
• Collaborate with team members to support a positive and motivating atmosphere
• Participate actively in training sessions to enhance teaching skills and certification
