Edge Banding Technician

About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable Edge Banding Technician to join our in-house carpentry team. You will be responsible for operating edge banding machines and ensuring high-quality finishing for all carpentry works in our factory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate edge banding machines to apply finishing on wood panels

• Ensure edges are smooth, properly sealed, and aligned to quality standards

• Inspect finished products and rectify minor defects where necessary

• Perform basic machine setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance

• Work closely with the carpentry team to meet production timelines

• Maintain cleanliness and safety within the workspace

Requirements:

• Prior experience in edge banding or related carpentry work preferred

• Familiarity with woodworking machinery is an advantage

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on workmanship quality

• Responsible, hardworking, and able to follow instructions

• Physically fit and comfortable working in a factory environment
