About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable Edge Banding Technician to join our in-house carpentry team. You will be responsible for operating edge banding machines and ensuring high-quality finishing for all carpentry works in our factory.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate edge banding machines to apply finishing on wood panels
Ensure edges are smooth, properly sealed, and aligned to quality standards
Inspect finished products and rectify minor defects where necessary
Perform basic machine setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance
Work closely with the carpentry team to meet production timelines
Maintain cleanliness and safety within the workspace
Requirements:
Prior experience in edge banding or related carpentry work preferred
Familiarity with woodworking machinery is an advantage
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on workmanship quality
Responsible, hardworking, and able to follow instructions
Physically fit and comfortable working in a factory environment
