ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement appropriate safety measurements in accordance with the Workplace Health and Safety Act
Enforce all safety requirements and company safety rules and regulations
Conduct regular site checks and take appropriate corrective actions
Conduct regular inspection to ensure ECM and environmental plan in place
Maintain and update all WSH records, certificates and reports in accordance with WSH legislation
Investigate accidents, incidents, or near misses to determine the root causes and prevent future occurrences.
Maintain accurate records related to safety training, incidents, inspections, and compliance activities.
Stay current on industry best practices and continuously seek opportunities to improve workplace safety.
REQUIREMENT /QUALIFICATION
Registered WSH Officer with MOM
Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in construction industry
Occupational Safety Management (including fire & safety management)
WSHO with experience in leading safety management for HDB or Buildings.
