Procurement Executive (1-Year Contract, Construction)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to join our team on a 1-year contract. In this role, you will support procurement activities by sourcing materials and services, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods to support business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Source and procure materials and services from local and overseas suppliers.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations to ensure alignment with technical and commercial requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and purchasing terms with suppliers.
• Prepare, issue, and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support operational and project procurement needs.
• Resolve supply, quality, delivery, and invoicing issues with suppliers.
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost competitiveness, and service levels.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and procurement best practices.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
• Perform other duties and projects assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Good analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Meticulous, proactive, and committed to delivering quality work.
