Buildo Engineering Pte Ltd is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant / Accounts Executive to join our finance team. Whether you're an experienced accounting professional or a fresh graduate eager to kick-start your career, we'd love to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
• Process supplier invoices, staff claims, and customer billings.
• Verify and reconcile Purchase Orders (POs), Delivery Orders (DOs), invoices, and supporting documents.
• Ensure all accounting documents are complete, accurate, and properly filed.
• Prepare payment vouchers and process supplier payments.
• Follow up on outstanding customer payments and account reconciliations.
• Assist in bank reconciliations and monthly closing activities.
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
• Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and customers regarding accounting matters.
• Provide general administrative and accounting support as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
• Candidates with relevant accounting experience will have an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Meticulous, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
