About this job
- Develop and manage BIM models for plumbing and sanitary systems in building projects (ME12)
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate and clash-free designs.
- Prepare drawings, layouts, and schedules using Revit or similar software.
- Support project teams in design coordination and clash detection.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, codes, and regulations.
4.Requirements / Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Building Services Engineering.
- 3 years and above relevant BIM modelling experience in plumbing and sanitary works.
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks or equivalent BIM software.
- Knowledge of Singapore Building Codes and standards is preferred.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
