Marketing & Design Intern

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role as a creative and analytical thinker. They will conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that effectively reaches the target audience. Their comfort in evaluating the marketing process and working to critique and improve its outcomes will be crucial.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Content Creation (Primary Focus)

• Design marketing materials such as social media posts, posters, brochures, flyers, and presentation slides
• Assist in creating visual content in line with brand guidelines using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva
• Support photography, videography, and basic editing for marketing campaigns and events
• Ensure brand consistency across marketing materials

Digital Marketing Support

• Assist with updating website content and marketing materials
• Support social media content creation and scheduling across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Monitor basic campaign performance and compile simple reports
• Conduct market and competitor research when required

Marketing Projects & Events

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Support corporate events, health talks, and outreach programmes
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders on marketing-related projects
• Assist with preparation of marketing materials for new doctors and services

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Multimedia, or a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or Canva
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts
• Familiarity with photography, videography, or video editing is an advantage
• Creative, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and manage assigned tasks responsibly
