Claude AI Implementation Coach - Hybrid, Milestone-Based (Singapore)

A Singapore professional-services firm seeks a hands-on Claude AI implementation coach to guide the setup and rollout of Claude across our practice, targeting substantial completion by end of 2026.

How we'll work: You set the direction and instructions for each milestone → our team does the hands-on build → you review and refine → we progress to the next milestone.

This is a coaching-and-review engagement, not done-for-you. Domain content (audit methodology, prompts) is supplied by us - you provide Claude platform expertise and coaching.

Deliverables you'll guide us through:

• Reviewing our workspace, account, and general settings
• Uploading and structuring our firm's Excel/Word working templates
• Explaining and suggesting capabilities - what Claude can realistically do for a firm like ours, and where its limits are
• Master Project vs Client Project architecture
• Writing firm-wide context once so it loads for every conversation, for everyone on the team
• A reusable prompt library (we write the content; you coach technique, structure, and relevant plugins/skills)
• Producing downloadable Word/Excel outputs (templates, memos, financial statements, lead schedules), with honest advice on where Cowork adds value.
• Advising on document-store connectivity (e.g. OneDrive/SharePoint), with an honest view of what's supported - noting it may exclude CCH.Launching our first live engagement in Claude
• Model selection, seat licensing, and usage-limit guidance for our team size
• Dashboards, usage-governance rules, and handover so we can run this independently

You must have:

• Demonstrable hands-on experience with Claude Projects, Skills, and Cowork
• Proven ability to produce polished Excel/Word files via Claude
• Strong skill in coaching and training non-technical senior professionals
• Comfort with a milestone/review delivery cadence and hybrid working (remote + periodic on-site in Singapore - please confirm your visa/work-pass status if not currently based here)

Desirable:

• Prior Claude/AI rollout in a professional-services or SME firm
• Familiarity with MCP connectors and document-store integrations (OneDrive/SharePoint or similar)

Confidentiality: No live client data will be shared with the coach at any stage. A confidentiality undertaking/NDA is required before commencement.

Engagement: Milestone-based, part-time, hybrid. Possibility of ongoing support post-implementation (to be discussed separately).
