Health Events Associate

Core Responsibilities

• Tactical Event Execution: Lead the end-to-end logistics of corporate roadshows, including the professional assembly and decommissioning (set up & tear down) of event booths and diagnostic equipment.
• Precision Health Screening: Administer non-invasive Digital Posture Analysis and Spinal Thermography/Electromyography (sEMG) scans, smart image analytics photo taking app or AI 3 3D scans, to evaluate vertebral subluxation and muscular imbalances.
• Clinical Education: Translate complex screening data into actionable health insights, educating corporate participants on the link between spinal alignment, nervous system function, and workplace ergonomics. (On the job training will be provided)
• Musculoskeletal Risk Identification: Help participants interpret scan results to pinpoint potential scoliosis, kyphosis (hunchback), or repetitive strain injuries (RSI) stemming from sedentary office habits.
• Dental screening - using AI tools to conduct dental checks for participants.
• Lead Management & Appointment Setting: Efficiently manage the booking pipeline by securing firm appointments for follow-up care and consultation.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Actively represent and cross-promote Truevine Connection’s ecosystem of corporate wellness services, including our 5 Pillars of Wellness programs.
• Ability to travel to different event locations.

Skills Required

• High-Impact Sales & Personal Selling: Ability to build instant rapport and overcome objections in a fast-paced event environment.
• Dynamic Communication: Mastery of active listening to understand participant pain points and provide empathetic, health-focused solutions.
• Events Management & Coordination: Proven experience in the "boots on the ground" reality of events crew work and logistics.
• Technical Aptitude: Ability to learn and operate diagnostic health screening technology with precision.
