WSH Coordinator

Job Description

• Attend / conduct safety inspection, Safety Time-out, RA Briefing, Toolbox Meeting and etc.

• To analyze safety risk on site through regular safety inspection / supervision & submit observation / inspection reports on a regular basis.

• To prepare & submit all related safety document as per requested.

• Ensure that all works are preformed according to the approved method statement, risk assessment, and SWP.

• Coordinate with relevant site personnel to continuously improve worksite safety standards and site cleanliness.

• Assist the WSH Officer in organizing month Safety Committee meetings and preparing safety-related reports, including the tracking of safety issues.

• Compile and maintain all relevant safety records and reports, and implemented in accordance with MOM regulations.

• To provide recommendations for improving safety in the workplace.

• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager from time to time.

Requirements

• Possess an Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety & Health.

• Min. 2 years relevant experience in Building and Construction Industry.

• Proactive with excellent interpersonal skill and analytical ability.

• Ability to work under pressures in a fast pace environment.
