LeapFrogInvestments is seeking a high calibre Investment Associate to join its Financial ServicesInvestment team on a two-year contract, based inSingapore. The primary focus of the role is to contribute to the success of thefinancial services investment team in its investment and portfolio managementactivities. This includes playing an integral role in supporting the sourcing,valuation, structuring, due diligence and transaction execution. Additionally,the roles includes a strong focus on managing LeapFrog’s investments includingongoing project management and value creation. As an integral member of the team,you will support the day-to-day business of the financial services investment teamand also contribute to portfolio company growth through supporting the teamsand provision of subject matter expertise.

CoreResponsibilities

· Proactively network andsupport the sourcing of financial services deals in Asia that are aligned withLeapFrog’s Profit with Purpose ethos.

· Support the valuation,structuring and deal execution process.

· Play an active role inpreparing investment committee and fund reporting documents.

· Participate actively in thedue diligence process of new investment opportunities and identify areas ofvalue add in corporate governance, operational efficiencies and productdevelopment.

· Play an active role inmanaging LeapFrog’s investments in financial services.

· Work closely with portfoliocompany C-suite to monitor and report on investments.

· Manage and lead a varietyof projects targeted at creating value in LeapFrog’s portfolio .

· Identify and recommendspecialist local resources as required.

· Support the day-to-day management of the financialservices investment team’s signature sys-tems and processes .

Qualifications andExperience

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Prior experience in private equity, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance preferred.
  • Prior experience within the financial services sector (e.g. insurance, payments, or credit) is advantageous.
  • Experience working in Southeast Asia markets is preferred.
  • Ability to speak Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
  • Strong financial modelling and valuation skills with excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear investment materials.
  • High level of professionalism, maturity, and confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong ownership mindset and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
