Youth Worker #Jurong West

Working hour

• Mondays to Fridays, 8 am to 2 pm

Key Roles

• Supervise and manage 15–20 high-needs students during recess and school activities

• Conduct skills training (social skills, anger management, friendship restoration) for students with behavioural issues

• Support discipline operations (detention, Correct Work Order, corridor checks) and early case management

• Analyse student data (Connectogram, discipline records) to identify trends and interventions

• Support after-school programmes (e.g., SHINE 2.0) and collaborate with school leadership

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, Human Services, or Education

• At least 2 years of relevant experience

• Basic MS Word and Excel proficiency
