Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate, patient and creative Coding & Robotics Teacher to conduct engaging lessons for school students. The teacher will be responsible for delivering structured coding and robotics classes, preparing teaching materials, and fostering students’ interest in STEM learning. This role focuses on high-quality classroom teaching, student engagement and consistent lesson delivery across partner school venues.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured coding and robotics lessons to primary/secondary school students according to the company’s standard curriculum
• Prepare customized teaching materials, worksheets and simple teaching aids to support interactive classroom learning
• Plan and conduct fun, educational class activities to maintain high student engagement and make STEM learning meaningful
• Guide students in hands-on coding practice, robot operation and problem-solving during lessons
• Monitor students’ learning progress, provide regular feedback and support students’ skill improvement
• Assist in school STEM events, robotics demo sessions and student competition training as required
• Maintain neat and proper classroom & equipment condition, ensure safe lesson conduction
• Cooperate with internal teams and school coordinators to ensure smooth and consistent class delivery

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Education or related STEM fields
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in coding teaching, robotics teaching or STEM student training
• Familiar with basic coding languages and robotics concepts for student-level education
• Passionate, patient, responsible and creative in teaching young students
• Able to design engaging classroom activities and adapt teaching methods for different student learning paces
• Good communication skills to interact with students, school staff and parents
• Independent, organised and able to follow standard teaching guidelines to deliver consistent lesson quality
