Aiwen Culture is a boutique Chinese tuition centre located in Bukit Timah (KAP Mall), Singapore. We focus on high-quality small-group teaching (2–6 students) and are committed to helping students achieve real progress in Chinese language learning, beyond exam drilling.

Job Responsibilities
1. Teach Chinese language classes for primary and secondary students (P1–S4), with a focus on reading comprehension, composition, oral communication, and overall language application skills
2. Conduct small-group classes (2–6 students) with attention to individual student differences
3. Provide targeted guidance and feedback based on each student’s learning needs
4. Collaborate with the teaching team to continuously improve lesson content and classroom activities
Job Requirements
1. Relevant experience in teaching Chinese language, preferably at primary or secondary level
2. Familiarity with Singapore MOE Chinese syllabus and examination requirements is preferred
3. Strong classroom management and communication skills
4. Patient, responsible, and able to motivate students’ interest in learning
5. Able to commit to long-term development within a boutique education environment
