Job Summary

Support warehouse operations by assisting in inventory verification, updating records, conducting stock counts, and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Supervisor by physically checking received, issued, and dispatched goods to verify quantities and conditions accurately
• Update inventory data and records in the system to maintain accurate stock information
• Pick and pack stocks efficiently to prepare orders for dispatch
• Assist in stock counts and cycle counts to monitor and maintain appropriate stock levels
• Perform housekeeping of warehouse premises following 5S standards to ensure a safe and organized work environment
• Carry out other duties assigned by immediate superior to support warehouse operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Ability to read and write English to communicate and record inventory data
• Data entry skills to update inventory records accurately

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Secondary or ITE education
• 1 to 2 years of related store or warehouse working experience
