About this job
- Attend daily site meetings, toolbox talks, and safety exercises, actively contributing to site safety and housekeeping.
- Participate in client, consultant, and technical meetings, as well as Workplace Safety and Health Committee (WSHC) meetings.
- Conduct site inspections alongside Resident Technical Officers (RTO) / Resident Engineers (RE) and perform regular safety inspections, maintaining detailed daily activity records.
- Coordinate drawing and sample submissions with consultants, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers; check and coordinate shop drawings.
- Assist the Site QS with quantity take-offs for architectural-related works.
- Liaise with Building Management during Additional and Alteration (A&A) or upgrading works to ensure smooth site coordination.
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, and submit daily and safety reports as required.
- Manage the submission and tracking of RFIs, RFMs, and RFAs to the Architect and Interior Designer (ID).
- Coordinate internal authority submissions and inspections (e.g., CoreTrade, CONQUAS, Constructability).
- Perform night duty as required for project needs.
