KEC+ After-School Enrichment Centre

We are a new after-school enrichment centre seeking passionate and experienced teachers to supervise primary school students in completing their daily schoolwork.

Working closely with our Enrichment Curriculum Teachers, you will play an important role in supporting students’ academic development while nurturing their confidence, independence, and love for learning. You will also help shape them into confident, capable leaders equipped with future-ready skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of the After-School Enrichment Centre.
• Manage classes of approximately 10–15 primary school students effectively and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Supervise students in completing their daily homework, spelling, and other assigned schoolwork.
• Ensure the safety, well-being, and appropriate conduct of all students at the centre.
• Monitor students’ behavioural and learning progress and provide regular feedback to parents.
• Inspire, support, and empower children to develop strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Work closely with Curriculum Teachers to coordinate lesson schedules and monitor students’ learning progress.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment throughout the centre.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Able to guide and support students in primary school subjects.
• Demonstrate strong work ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
• Passionate about nurturing and supporting children in their learning and development.
• Prior experience working with children is preferred.
• Able to conduct programmes in fluent English and simple Chinese.
• Confident in communicating effectively with parents and caregivers.
• Well-organised, responsible, and comfortable handling basic administrative duties.
• A positive and collaborative team player who works well with colleagues.
