Household Chef (High Networth Family )

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Household Chef to prepare daily meals for a private household. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about cooking, meticulous about cleanliness, and able to cater to the dietary preferences and requirements of the household.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and cook daily meals for the household in accordance with the family's dietary preferences, restrictions, and requirements
• Design and suggest weekly menus that are balanced, nutritious, and varied
• Source, purchase, and manage fresh ingredients and kitchen supplies, ensuring quality and freshness at all times
• Maintain strict food hygiene and cleanliness standards across the kitchen, cooking equipment, and food storage areas
• Manage kitchen inventory, monitor stock levels, and replenish supplies as needed
• Cater for special occasions, private dining, and family gatherings when required
• Accommodate and adapt to specific dietary requirements including allergies, health conditions, or personal preferences
• Ensure all food is prepared and presented to a consistently high standard
• Undertake any other kitchen-related duties as assigned by the principal or household management

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a household, private, or restaurant chef
• Versatile cooking skills across multiple cuisines — Asian, Western, or both is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of nutrition, food hygiene, and safe food handling practices
• Able to commit to a 6-day work week

Other Information

• Working Hours: 10:00am – 7:00pm
• Working Days: 6 days per week (1 rest day per week)
