Specification Manager

Report directly to the Head of Marketing and Sales to support business growth and product specification strategies.

Engage with architects, consultants, developers, contractors, and relevant authorities during the concept and design stages to promote product inclusion, approval, and specification in projects.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders to increase product visibility and project opportunities.

Monitor and manage project pipelines, ensuring timely conversion of product specifications into secured projects.

Achieve assigned specification targets and support sales objectives through effective project engagement and follow-up activities.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and potential areas for expansion.

Analyze market conditions, competitor activities, product positioning, and customer requirements to develop effective business strategies.

Evaluate competitors’ market presence, strengths, and weaknesses, and recommend strategies to enhance product competitiveness and market share.

Provide market insights and feedback to support business planning and strategic decision-making.

Support marketing and sales initiatives through seminars, product presentations, trade exhibitions, advertisements, and other promotional activities.

Assist in strengthening brand awareness and market positioning within the construction and building industry.

Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns and customer engagement activities.

Work closely with the R&D team by providing market feedback, customer insights, and industry trends to support product improvements and innovation.

Assist in developing product strategies, including pricing recommendations and market positioning.

Review technical requirements, project specifications, and industry standards to ensure product compliance and suitability.
