Join our team as a Charity Brand Ambassador and connect with local communities to support meaningful causes, including elderly care, active ageing, and healthcare initiatives for vulnerable seniors.

You will engage with members of the public, share information about charitable campaigns, and encourage support through respectful face-to-face conversations. No prior fundraising or sales experience is required—structured training, practical field experience, mentorship, and one-to-one coaching will be provided.

This role also offers a performance-based leadership development pathway for individuals who demonstrate reliability, initiative, and the ability to support others.

What You’ll Do

• Engage public through face-to-face community outreach

• Raise awareness of charitable campaigns supporting elderly care, active ageing, and sheltered home services.

• Encourage public support through respectful and meaningful conversations

• Build rapport with different members of the community

• Attend team meetings, training sessions, workshops, and roleplays

• Develop communication, presentation, problem-solving, and fundraising skills

• Represent campaigns and charitable causes professionally and ethically

Leadership Development Pathway

Driven team members may have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities based on their performance, attitude, reliability, and leadership potential. These may include:

• Supporting the onboarding and training of new team members

• Assisting with roleplays and coaching sessions

• Mentoring new joiners

• Supporting team leaders with team development and campaign operations

Potential progression:

Charity Brand Ambassador → Senior Ambassador → Team Leader → Campaign Leadership

Progression is performance-based and depends on an individual’s consistency, leadership ability, initiative, and suitability for each role.
