Aligned with the Business Development team and the company’s regional growth direction, the Regional Marketing Executive will be responsible for digital marketing execution, offline market support, copywriting, and content development.
You will help the company build brand awareness, generate enquiries, support distributors, strengthen product positioning, and create commercially effective marketing campaigns for different regional markets.
Your role will include:
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop Online and Offline Marketing Campaigns
Plan, develop, and execute campaigns across digital and offline channels, including:
- Facebook and Meta platforms
- YouTube
- Google Ads
- Electronic direct mailers (EDMs)
- SEO and SEM
- Trade shows and exhibitions
- Product seminars
- Distributor and dealer events
- Product training sessions
- Printed marketing collaterals
- Dealer support materials
- Product demonstrations
Campaigns should be adapted according to the target audience, country, language, product category, distribution channel, and business objective.
The candidate will also be expected to develop suitable campaign concepts, headlines, key messages, calls to action, and supporting content for each platform.
2. Write Persuasive Marketing and Sales Copy
Develop clear, professional, and commercially focused copy for both B2B marketing and sales-support purposes.
Copywriting responsibilities will include:
- Social media captions
- Advertising headlines and body copy
- Website and landing-page copy
- EDM subject lines and content
- Product descriptions
- Brochure and catalogue copy
- Exhibition panels and display messages
- Sales presentations
- Product-launch messages
- Video scripts and voice-over scripts
- Seminar and webinar promotional copy
- Distributor and dealer communications
- Corporate announcements
- Case studies and customer success stories
- Search-engine-optimised content
- Calls to action and lead-generation messages
The candidate should be able to translate technical product features into clear customer benefits and persuasive value propositions.
Copy should be accurate, concise, audience-appropriate, and consistent with the company’s brand positioning and tone of voice.
3. Plan and Develop Relevant Content
Plan, research, write, edit, and coordinate content for different stages of the customer and distributor journey.
Content-writing responsibilities will include:
- Blog articles
- Educational and technical articles
- Product and application stories
- Industry-related content
- Product comparison content
- Frequently asked questions
- Application guides
- Training materials
- Market insights
- Case studies
- Thought-leadership content
- Video concepts, scripts, and storyboards
- Product launch materials
- Distributor support content
- Long-form and short-form digital content
The candidate should be able to develop content calendars, identify suitable content topics, repurpose content across multiple platforms, and maintain consistency across online and offline communications.
All content should support a clear objective, such as increasing awareness, educating the market, generating enquiries, supporting distributors, addressing customer concerns, or strengthening product preference.
4. Support Regional Distribution Channel Development
Work closely with the Business Development team to support distributor and dealer development across regional markets.
This may include preparing:
- Distributor presentation decks
- Product brochures
- Dealer sales kits
- Localised campaign materials
- Product training materials
- Product comparison charts
- Application guides
- Market-specific promotions
- Exhibition materials
- Product launch campaigns
- Distributor recruitment materials
- Dealer engagement content
- Sales talking points and objection-handling materials
The objective is to help distributors and dealers understand, promote, position, and sell EESG products more effectively.
The candidate should be able to adapt content for different levels of product knowledge, from experienced industry professionals to new channel partners who require more education and guidance.
5. Study Market Behaviour Across Countries and Regions
Conduct research and gather market intelligence to understand customer behaviour across different countries, states, industries, and distribution channels.
You will help identify:
- What customers in each market value
- What messages are most persuasive
- What products have stronger market appeal
- What types of campaigns may perform better
- How competitors position their brands and products
- How distributors and dealers influence buying decisions
- What customer problems or objections need to be addressed
- What cultural or language differences should be considered
- What content formats are preferred in each market
- What industry trends may create new marketing opportunities
These insights should be converted into relevant campaign concepts, content topics, product messages, and distributor support materials.
6. Create Content with Cultural and Commercial Relevance
Develop content that is visually attractive, culturally appropriate, and commercially meaningful to the intended market.
This includes:
- Social media content
- Blog articles
- Product stories
- Short-form and long-form videos
- Advertisements
- EDMs
- Brochures and catalogues
- Case studies
- Product launch materials
- Distributor support content
- Educational and technical materials
- Event and exhibition content
The candidate should be able to adapt the tone, message, terminology, examples, and communication style according to the target market and audience.
Content should remain consistent with EESG’s brand identity while being localised enough to connect with customers in different countries and regions.
7. Apply Consumer Psychology and Behavioural Insights
Apply practical principles of psychology, behavioural science, storytelling, and brand positioning to improve marketing effectiveness.
You should consider how customers respond to:
- Visual presentation
- Headlines and opening messages
- Product claims
- Technical and commercial proof points
- Product comparisons
- Testimonials and case studies
- Certifications and test results
- Risk-reduction messages
- Price-value positioning
- Brand reputation
- Social proof
- Calls to action
- Local language and cultural cues
Marketing content should be designed to strengthen trust, improve message recall, create product preference, and encourage action.
8. Work Closely with Sales and Business Development
Work closely with internal teams to understand market feedback, customer objections, distributor challenges, competitive activities, and product opportunities.
The candidate should be comfortable communicating with colleagues from sales, business development, product, operations, technical, and management teams to gather useful insights and convert them into:
- Marketing campaigns
- Copywriting angles
- Content topics
- Sales-support materials
- Product-positioning messages
- Distributor training content
- Customer education materials
- Lead-generation activities
The candidate may also be required to speak with distributors, dealers, customers, and industry partners to obtain market insights and develop relevant content.
9. Review Content Quality and Performance
Review and proofread marketing materials before publication to ensure:
- Grammar and spelling accuracy
- Clear and professional language
- Consistent brand tone
- Accurate product and technical information
- Appropriate claims and supporting evidence
- Cultural and market relevance
- Consistency across different platforms
Monitor campaign and content performance using relevant data, including engagement, enquiries, click-through rates, lead quality, conversions, website traffic, and search performance.
Use these findings to improve future campaigns, copy, and content.
Requirements and Essential Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, communications, Digital Marketing, Creative Media, Journalism, English, Business, or a related field.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Strong copywriting, content-writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to write clear, persuasive, and professional B2B marketing copy.
- Ability to adapt writing styles for social media, advertisements, websites, EDMs, brochures, presentations, videos, articles, and sales materials.
- Able to simplify technical product information and convert product features into clear customer benefits and commercial value.
- A portfolio or relevant examples of marketing copy, articles, campaigns, social media content, or related work will be advantageous.
- Basic Mandarin will be an advantage, as coordination with the Taiwan office may be required.
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook and Meta, YouTube, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, EDMs, retargeting, geo-targeting, and campaign analytics.
- Ability to create and adapt marketing content for online and offline channels.
- Strong interest in B2B marketing, distribution channels, regional markets, industrial products, and customer behaviour.
- Creative thinker with a good understanding of branding, storytelling, behavioural science, and consumer psychology.
- Able to research different countries, cultures, languages, and local market habits to identify what appeals to each market.
- Able to understand technical products and communicate their strengths accurately and persuasively.
- Good emotional intelligence, strong observation skills, and the ability to understand different customer mindsets.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and coordinate with different departments.
- Basic knowledge of design, video editing, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar creative software will be advantageous.
- Experience with content management systems, keyword research, or SEO writing will be advantageous.
- Data analytics and campaign-reporting experience will be a plus.
- Experience in B2B, construction, industrial products, manufacturing, building materials, or distribution-channel marketing will be advantageous.

- Location: Woodlands Close, Singapore, near Admiralty MRT
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm
- Probation Period: 6 months
- Salary Range: SGD 3,500 to SGD 4,250 per month
