Operations Intern

We are looking for a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support day-to-day operations across our portfolio of companies.

This is primarily an office-based role, but candidates should expect to be regularly on the move, attending meetings and liaising with different portfolio companies, suppliers, vendors, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare for meetings by understanding key topics and information that need to be communicated.

• Attend meetings, take structured meeting minutes, and document decisions, action items, and follow-ups.
• Consolidate information and provide clear updates to HR and relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare operational reports, trackers, and spreadsheets.
• Conduct data collection and basic analysis to support reporting and decision-making.
• Maintain organised documentation, digital files, records, and internal materials.
• Liaise and follow up with portfolio companies, suppliers, vendors, and business partners.
• Assist with basic presentations, documentation, and simple design work when required.
• Support general operational and administrative tasks across different projects and companies.

The Ideal Candidate Should:

• Be an undergraduate or Master’s student doing a Degree / Master’s in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or other related majors and is graduating in 2026 or later
• Have a strong interest in Business Operations and Administrations
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, comfortable working with data and documentation.
• Possess strong written communication and organization skills.
• Resourceful, adaptable, comfortable working independently, and willing to travel locally between companies and external stakeholders as operational needs arise.
• Be proficient in spoken and written English.

Being a boutique, there is an expectation that the job scope will be over and above what is described, and we are all expected to be hands-on. Our Interns can expect to have first-hand experience working with the founders and clients directly.

Interns will be given a monthly allowance of SGD 1,000.
