Construction Site Supervisor

Requirements:

· Responsible for Project coordinator, manager to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitor of projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of desired quality

· Responsible for assisting to manage and monitor site operation, workers and contractors

· Responsible for effective site administration which include site safety and control of materials and machinery on site

· Conduct daily toolbox meeting

· Have knowledge in electircal or carpentry works

· Able to rectify and supervise works done on site

· Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

· Min 18 years of working experience in construction industry / project site work

· Possess Certificate in Building Construction Supervisor Safety

· Possess work at Height Supervisor Certificate

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

· Prior experience working as Foreman or Site Supervisor

· Sound knowledge of construction safety regulations

· Working knowledge of construction tools, machinery and equipment

· Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems

· Can work well in a team

· Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others

· Can multitask, must help to do general work if required

· Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure

· Ability to keep track of multiple projects
