Business Development Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Filter, qualify and priorities incoming leads from marketing campaigns and outreach channels.
• Monitor lead quality, engagement and follow-up effectiveness to ensure opportunities are managed effectively.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain an organised lead pipeline and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
• Work closely with marketing and business teams to support campaigns and business initiatives.
• Participate in both online and face-to-face meetings with partners and key business stakeholders.
• Review and improve workflows, communication processes and lead engagement strategies.
• Contribute ideas to strengthen outreach, engagement and overall operational efficiency.
• Support business growth through strong coordination, consistent follow-up and effective execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve lead conversion and strengthen overall customer engagement.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Management or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a Business Development or similar client-facing role with proven track records.
• Driven, self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership
• Comfortable working towards KPIs, targets and performance goals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage different stakeholders
• Proactive, organized and able to manage multiple leads and priorities
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
