Architectural Assistant

Job Description & Requirements

We are now looking for a Architectural Assistant to join our drafting team and you will have the opportunity to work on interesting projects across wide-ranging sectors and typologies.

Your responsibilities include:

• Produce Architectural Working Drawings, (ie. submission, tender and construction drawings) using AutoCad 2D/3D and Autodesk Revit.
• Assist in reviewing project designs and drawings to ensure accuracy, functionality, and adherence to project requirements.
• Review and Check Dawings for Compliance with Authorities' Building Regulations and Codes of Practices.
• Monitor the progress of Drafting work for timely and compliant production.
• Upgrade skills base on the requirement of innovative projects.
• Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Min 5 years relevant experience in the Architecture and Building Industry Sector.
• Diploma in Architectural Technology or Relevant Technical Certifications
• Good Knowledge of Singapore Building Regulations and Codes of Practices, Submission of plans to the Authorities and Corenet e-submission.
• A strategic and lateral thinker who is comfortable engaging at the strategic level, as well as hands-on in program execution.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and a good team player.
