Assistant Store Manager (Lacoste)

Job Description

• Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of sales associates to achieve individual and team goals.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to maximize employee engagement.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Ensure accuracy in stock levels through regular stock audits.
• Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Develop and manage the store budget, including sales targets and expenses.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics.
• Contribute to the analysis of sales data and make data-driven decisions.

Job Requirements

• Having min. 2-year related experience as a store supervisor especially in retail company
• Excellency in customer service, passionate with good fashion sense
• Good analytical skills with an eye for detail
• Proven leadership skills
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Service oriented with great passion for retail industry
• Energetic and positive
• Basic computer skills (MS Office)
