About this job
- Brainstorm campaign ideas that match each restaurant’s brand identity, concept and target audience
- Assist in planning and executing opening campaigns, seasonal promotions and restaurant events
- Film and edit short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok and other platforms
- Create social media posts, captions, Reels and Stories
- Take photos and videos of food, drinks, restaurant interiors and events
- Research social media trends and adapt relevant ideas for each restaurant
- Monitor social media performance and assist with basic customer enquiries
- Update online menus, business listings and promotional information
- Organise marketing materials, digital files and campaign records
- Perform general marketing and administrative duties when required
