Job Summary

We are seeking professional and service-oriented Service Crew and Senior Service Crew to join our premium restaurant team in Singapore, delivering excellent guest experiences through attentive service and teamwork. Part-time evening roles also available.

Responsibilities

Service Crew / Senior Service Crew (Full-Time)

• Greet and attend to guests warmly and professionally to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and provide informed recommendations
• Serve food and beverages following restaurant service standards to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain high standards of table presentation and cleanliness in the dining area
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests to enhance their dining experience
• Coordinate effectively with kitchen and service team members to ensure smooth operations
• Assist with opening and closing restaurant duties to support daily operations
• Maintain professional grooming and appearance consistently during shifts
• Collaborate with team members to deliver an excellent overall dining experience

Part-Time Restaurant Service Crew (Evening Shift)

• Welcome guests professionally to create a positive first impression
• Assist in taking orders and serving food and beverages accurately during evening service
• Set up and clear tables efficiently to maintain smooth table turnover
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area throughout the shift
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner to ensure satisfaction
• Work closely with full-time service and kitchen teams to support operations
• Assist with closing duties as required to prepare for the next day

Required competencies and certifications

• Legal eligibility to work in Singapore

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurant, hotel, or hospitality roles
• Experience in premium dining or fine dining environments

Other Information

Full-Time Role Benefits:

• Staff meals and other benefits according to company policy
• Able to work evening shifts, weekends, public holidays, and 6 days per week

Part-Time Role Details:

• Employment Type: Part-Time
• Working Hours: Approximately 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Working Days: Flexible, preferably 4–6 days per week
• Hourly Rate: From S$18 per hour, depending on experience
• Benefits: Staff meal provided during eligible shifts
