Organize workflows, monitor productivity, resolve employee issues, maintain records, communicate between management and staff, train staff, and enforce policies.

Responsibilities

• Set clear performance goals and deadlines aligned with the company’s plans and vision, and communicate them effectively to staffs
• Organize workflow to ensure employees understand their duties and delegated tasks
• Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve performance
• Receive employee complaints and resolve problems to maintain a positive work environment
• Maintain accurate timekeeping and personnel records for effective workforce management
• Facilitate communication by passing information between upper management and employees
• Hire and train new employees to build a competent workforce
• Ensure compliance with legal and company policies and procedures, and undertake disciplinary actions when necessary
