Key Responsibilities

As a Financial Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and provide suitable financial planning solutions.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
• Understanding clients' financial goals, needs and priorities
• Conducting financial needs and risk profile assessments
• Recommending suitable financial solutions based on clients' individual circumstances
• Supporting clients with wealth accumulation, financial protection, retirement, education and legacy planning
• Preparing and reviewing clients' financial plans
• Providing ongoing client servicing and relationship management
• Continuously developing your financial knowledge and advisory skills through training and coaching
• Working with business owners to identify and manage corporate financial risks, where applicable

Requirements

• Minimum qualification of:
• Local Diploma
• Diploma (minimum 2.5 years or 900 learning hours)
• GCE A-Level
• Bachelor's Degree or above
• No prior financial services experience required
• Sales, customer service or client-facing experience is an advantage but not essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, responsible and goal-oriented
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally
• Entrepreneurial and growth mindset
