Korean Tonkatsu Hiring Assistant Manager

Job Title: Assistant Manager (F&B) – Tonshou @ Suntec City

Salary: $[2,800 – 3,500]

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Assistant Manager to join our team at Tonshou, Suntec City outlet! If you have a passion for the F&B industry and enjoy leading a team in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Outlet Manager in daily restaurant operations
• Supervise and coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house staff
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained
• Handle inventory management, stock ordering and cost control
• Manage staff scheduling and manpower planning
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly
• Ensure compliance with SFA food hygiene and safety standards
• Support training and development of new staff
• Assist in achieving sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

• Minimum [1-2] years of experience in a supervisory/managerial role in F&B
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and Public Holidays
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate preferred
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
