Retail Sales Associate

About the role

Join our Singapore team as a Retail Sales Associate for the DESCENTE, SALOMON, WILSON and ANTA brands. This full-time position offers competitive wages and Bonus and communications support. Based in Singapore, you will be an integral part of our dynamic retail operation, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales.

What you'll be doing

• Provide a superior shopping experience by greeting and assisting customers, answering product queries, and making recommendations

• Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective sales techniques and cross-selling

• Maintain store presentation standards, including merchandising, stock management, and store housekeeping

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments

• Support store operations by completing administrative tasks as required

• Collaborate with the retail team to deliver a cohesive customer experience

What we're looking for

• Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a fashion or sporting goods environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and customer-focused approach

• Strong sales and product knowledge abilities, with a passion for the brands you'll be representing

• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment

• Good numerical skills and attention to detail for handling cash and card transactions

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
