Job Summary

You will prepare and execute comprehensive test plans, develop automation scripts, and conduct system, integration, and regression testing to ensure software quality. You will analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and manage defect resolution to support timely and accurate product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed test plans and generate test cases based on requirements and specifications to ensure thorough coverage
• Design and develop automation scripts to improve testing efficiency and repeatability
• Conduct system, integration, and regression testing to validate software functionality and performance
• Review test results and prepare clear, comprehensive test reports for stakeholders
• Troubleshoot issues by identifying root causes and accurately reporting defects for resolution
• Manage and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle to ensure timely closure and quality assurance
• Maintain accuracy and quality in testing activities while meeting project deadlines and goals
• Document testing deliverables, including defect reports and test scenarios, to support transparency and knowledge sharing
• Communicate effectively with team members to articulate defects and testing outcomes
• Organize and prioritize tasks to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing, including white box and black box testing
• Experience with automated testing tools
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Knowledge of web and mobile application testing
• Strong time management skills to ensure quality and timely output
• Keen attention to detail for quality assurance
• Good interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration
• Ability to work well in a team and prioritize tasks efficiently

Other Information

• Salary Range: S$2,500 – S$3,500 (subject to candidate qualifications and experience)
