Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Event Executive to support the planning and execution of events from concept to completion. The ideal candidate is hands-on, service-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while ensuring every event is delivered smoothly and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events, functions, and private engagements.
- Manage event logistics, timelines, schedules, guest lists, and event-related documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, venues, caterers, entertainers, and other external partners.
- Liaise with clients, guests, and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure smooth execution.
- Attend events on-site and oversee operations to ensure everything runs according to plan.
- Manage last-minute changes and resolve operational issues quickly and professionally.
- Assist with sourcing and coordinating event requirements, including décor, entertainment, gifts, catering, transportation, and equipment.
- Track event budgets, quotations, invoices, and payments.
- Ensure all event details are executed according to the required standards and brand guidelines.
- Support other administrative and ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in event management, hospitality, luxury services, or a similar role.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other event planning or project management tools.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with different teams.
