Key Roles & Responsibilities
* Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), bank reconciliation, journal entries, and month-end/year-end closing.
* Prepare financial reports, project cost analysis, and maintain accurate Project P&L records.
* Generate invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, quotations, and follow up on customer payments.
* Assist in GST submission, audit schedules, and liaise with external accountants and auditors when required.
* Support payroll processing and maintain employee records.
* Provide administrative and HR support, including documentation, filing, onboarding, and office administration.
* Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and email correspondence, providing first-level customer and business support.
* Coordinate daily office operations and maintain an organized office environment.
* Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and business documents using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Maintain proper filing and documentation for financial, HR, and operational records.
* Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the Management.

Requirements
* Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in handling Full Set Accounts.
* Proficient in accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, AutoCount, MYOB, or similar ERP systems).
* Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting practices and bookkeeping.
* Experience in payroll processing, GST submission, and financial reporting is an advantage.
* Prior experience in the Interior Design, Renovation, or Construction industry will be an added advantage.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and pay attention to details.
* Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients and suppliers.

* A proactive team player who contributes ideas and supports business operations.
* Experience in the Interior Design, Construction, or Home Improvement industry is highly preferred.
* Basic knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator is an added advantage.
* Passionate about the interior design industry and enjoys working in a fast-paced SME environment.
