Business Development Executive/Manager - Property Finance and Business Solutions

This position reports to the Sales Director and interfaces with organisation managers and admin staff.

1. Proactive leads generation of business, property and personal finance accounts

2. Customer relationship management to spot new business opportunities, understand customers' requirements, structure deal and proper evaluation of credit risks to achieve a balance stance for the customer

3. Proactively implement strategies to enhance existing and new relationships.

4. Deep understanding and dispensing proper recommendations for various business, property and personal finance solutions

5. Team building and Training
