Job Summary
We are seeking a highly professional, discreet, and resourceful Executive Personal Assistant & Driver to provide comprehensive business, personal, and transportation support to the CEO. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, absolute confidentiality, and a strong service-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
Executive & Personal Assistance
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements to optimize time and efficiency
- Coordinate business and personal schedules to ensure seamless daily operations
- Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with strict discretion and integrity
- Execute personal errands, reservations, and lifestyle management tasks to support the CEO’s needs
- Deliver support on special projects and ad-hoc assignments as required
Chauffeur & Transportation Duties
- Provide safe, professional, and punctual transportation for the CEO and designated family members
- Plan driving routes and monitor traffic conditions to guarantee timely arrivals
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and roadworthiness of assigned vehicles through regular checks
- Arrange vehicle servicing, inspections, repairs, insurance renewals, and road tax compliance
- Ensure adherence to all traffic regulations and company policies during transportation duties
- Assist with airport transfers, business meetings, client visits, and corporate events transportation
- Adapt to flexible scheduling including occasional after-hours, weekend, or overseas travel support
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Chauffeur, or similar role
- Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License with a clean driving record
- Familiarity with Singapore roads and traffic conditions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours when required
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience supporting C-suite executives, business owners, or high-net-worth individuals
- Experience managing confidential business and personal matters
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to facilitate communication with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
