Responsibilities:

• Ensuring high level of customer experience showing off your uniqueness, your shining personality and teaming up with co-workers to provide an excellent journey to our consumers
• Delivering sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations
• Maintaining personal and productivity goals
• Connects with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs
• Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer’s needs
• Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge, and current or upcoming product / trends
• Contributes to a positive and inclusive work environment

Requirements:

• Tertiary education graduates (1 year of experience in Retail is a plus). No experience are welcomed too
• Able to commit to at least 22 hours per week (approx. 3 days) or 34 hours per week (approx. 4 days), including shifts on both Saturdays, Sundays & PH
• Confident, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Motivated to achieve great results
• Initiates completion of tasks or activities with minimal supervision
