Senior / Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities

· Initiate and implementproductivity programs for the plant

· Process improvement throughcapability studies

· Preparation of processinstruction

· Fault finding and troubleshootingof process / tooling-related problems during production and testing

· Participates in company’s overallquality and process goals

· Initiate and conduct the test ofnew or modified mould and determine optimum machine settings or optimal processcycle

· Achieve company’s productivityimprovement objective in-house quality & process goals

· Oversees tooling for new products

· Participate and recommendsolutions to moulding problems related to moulds

· Initiate engineering change

· Implementation of mouldpreventive maintenance programs

· Track movement of moulds andcollaborate with Production Department

· Coordinate and keep track ofservice record of moulds

Qualifications & Experience

· Degree/ Diploma in Engineering- related Discipline,preferably in Polymer and Plastic Technology, Mechanical

· At least 3 years’ experience in Plastic injection Molding, Preferably in Medical and Automotive industries.
