Job Summary

Oversee daily restaurant operations to drive business performance, ensure compliance, and lead a motivated team to achieve sales and profitability targets while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure smooth business performance.
• Ensure compliance with all operational procedures, company policies, and SOPs.
• Monitor cleanliness, food quality, service standards, and outlet presentation.
• Ensure outlet readiness during operating hours.
• Achieve monthly sales and profitability targets.
• Monitor labour cost, food cost, and controllable expenses.
• Maximise outlet productivity and operational efficiency.
• Lead, motivate, and develop outlet employees.
• Conduct training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Build a positive and high-performing team culture.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
• Maintain workplace safety and hygiene standards.
• Ensure all required operational records and reports are completed accurately.

Requirements

• Degree or above in Hospitality, Business Administration, F&B Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1–3 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of restaurant operations and financial management.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
