Job Summary

We seek a results-driven Management Director to lead our management team, drive business growth, enhance operational efficiency, and achieve strategic company objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies and long-term development plans to drive company growth
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient use of company resources and smooth workflow
• Lead and motivate department heads and senior management to achieve performance targets
• Set measurable performance goals and monitor financial and operational results to ensure company success
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships to expand market presence
• Manage budgets, control costs, and oversee business investments to maximize profitability
• Ensure company compliance with policies, regulations, and applicable laws to mitigate risks
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, business partners, and stakeholders to support business objectives
• Report business performance and strategic progress regularly to the CEO and Board of Directors
• Foster a corporate culture that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous professional development

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of management or senior leadership experience
• Proven leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills demonstrated through managing teams and projects
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills applied in business contexts
• Business acumen with ability to analyze financial and operational performance data
• Capability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
